Grape

Grapes are thought to have existed since prehistoric times. However, they began to be cultivated about 7,000 years ago in Asia and have been associated with different ancient cultures throughout history, including the Egyptians, the Romans and the Greeks.

Grapes have multiple health properties and are known for their low calorie content – 100 g fresh grapes contain only 70 kcal.

They contain small amounts of minerals, such as calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium, and they are an excellent source of vitamins C, E, B1, B2 and B3. They help fight migraines, cholesterol and even some heart conditions.

Don’t forget! The most important nutrients found in grapes include:

  • Minerals: calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium.
