Products used in this recipe
50 ml grapefruit nectar
30 ml lime juice
20 ml horchata or almond syrup
A slice of red grapefruit
In advance, put the glass in which you’re going to serve the mocktail in the fridge, until it’s nice and cold.
In a cocktail shaker, mix the grapefruit nectar, lime juice and syrup, and fill halfway with ice.
Shake vigorously until the outside freezes.
Pour the mixture into a cold cocktail glass and, finally, garnish with the grapefruit slice.
